Welcome to Year 5's Class Page! We may be the smallest class in the school but we're one that works incredibly hard, achieve great things all whilst having a huge amount of fun with our learning!
This term, we're looking at Raging Rivers. As part of this topic, we'll be looking at the Geography and History of many famous rivers in order to create a non-chronological report on them. To tie in with this, in Art we will be studying the work of Claude Monet and the Impressionists and trying to learn how to paint in that style. Our class story this term will be the endlessly charming 'The Wind In The Willows' by Kenneth Grahame and we will be attempting to write our own chapter of the book for one of our Big Writes!
