Inspiration, Celebration and Education

Year 2 Ruth

Welcome to the Year 2 Class Page!

On this page you will find your homework, weekly spellings, information and links to our learning which will be updated as and when we move through the year. You will also find photos and descriptions of the exciting things we have been getting up to. Have a look!

This term we will be learning about money, statistics and shape in Maths. In English we are focusing on writing correctly punctuated sentences through learning how to write a factual text about plants. We will be learning all about our local area in History including a focus on St Thomas More Church. Our science unit links well with our factual text in English as we will be learning all about plants, the lifecycle of a plant and what plants need to grow.
