  • Squid Games

    Wed 17 Nov 2021

Some children have started to play "Squid Games" in the playground.  This is obviously totally inappropriate in school and is causing some distress to the pupils, especially our younger pupils.  We have spoken to the children to tell them that these games cannot be played at school but please could you reinforce this message at home that these games are not allowed to be played at school.  Thank you for your support in this matter.

  • COP26 Climate Talks

    Tue 02 Nov 2021

I am sure that many of you saw our COP26 Climate Talks display during the Parent/Teacher meetings.  We have written to the Prime Minister to ask him to ensure that they make the right decisions that will shape the future of our global family and keep us at the heart of their talks.  Our display is to show that the eyes of the world are on all the leaders to make our world a better place.

  • A Prayer for the COP26 Climate Talks

    Tue 02 Nov 2021

    Loving God,

We praise your name with all you have created.  You are present in the whole universe, and in the smallest creatures.  We acknowledge the responsibilities you have placed upon us as stewards of creation.  May the Holy Spirit inspire all political leaders at COP26 as they seek to embrace the changes needed to foster a more sustainable society.  Instil in them the courage and gentleness to implement fairer solutions for the poorest and most vulnerable, and commit their nations to the care of our common home.  We ask this through Our Lord Jesus Christ your Son.

    Amen
