Parents’ Evening and School Reports

As a parent or carer with a child or children attending St Thomas More Catholic Primary School you will be informed about your child’s progress at least three times during an academic year.

These will include two Parent/Teacher meetings, one in the Autumn Term and one in the Spring Term, with a written report produced for each meeting. Then an End of Year Report is written detailing their achievements and targets for further progress in the future.

Parents’ Evening

School offer two evenings and a variety of times for parents to meet with their child’s class teacher to discuss targets, current progress and next steps moving forward. If your child has a special need the SENCo is also available for an additional target setting meeting at these times.

School Reports

A report will be sent to parents/carers prior to Parent/Teacher meetings with details of their child's current progress and achievement.

At the end of an academic year your child will receive a summative report detailing their progress over the year. This will include Year 1 Phonics Screening result and SATs results for Year 2 and Year 6. This will also include a personal comment from the Head Teacher.
