Assemblies & Collective Worship

Our daily Collective Worship plays an important part in the life of our school.  It is a time when we come together for prayer and reflection and, by participating, our children are able to explore their own beliefs, experience a sense of belonging and develop community spirit.  Both the children and the teachers lead our Collective Worship.

Every class will present at least one ‘Class Assembly’ to the school during the year to which parents will be invited to attend.

Liturgies held every three weeks, are lead by a different year group each time and are based on the topics the children are studying in their R.E. curriculum.  Dates are shown below and will also be advertised in the school newsletter. Parents with children in the relevant year groups are most welcome to attend.

Through our class liturgies and school Masses our parents and the wider community are able to share with us in our Collective Worship.
